David Rea, Pastor
Prior to church planting in Dallas, David served as an RUF (Reformed University Fellowship) Campus Minister at Southern Methodist University for seven years. David hails from Charlotte, North Carolina and received his Master of Divinity from Reformed Theological Seminary (Charlotte). He and his wife Stefani have three precious children, Virginia (10), Cole (9), and Jack (5). When he’s not working on his sermons, you might find David on the tennis court, the golf course, or playing “thesis on the table” with Dr. Bob Cara. In another life, David might have been the next Andre Agassi.

Ronnie Rowe, Assistant Pastor
Ronnie, a native of Birmingham, Alabama, joined the pastoral staff at PPC after serving as RUF Southwest Area Coordinator for eight years; for ten years prior to his service with RUF, he served as organizing pastor and pastor of First Reformed Presbyterian Church in Beaumont, TX. Ronnie studied at Covenant Theologicial Seminary and Reformed Theological Seminary – Jackson, receiving the Master of Divinity from RTS-Jackson in 1989. He and his wife, Claudia, a native of Hattiesburg, MS and an RUFer at Ole Miss, have three wonderful “children”, Timothy (22), Daniel (20), and Melinda (15). Along with pastoral studies and ministry, he enjoys gardening, walking/hiking, the idea of running, reading other stuff, listening to music and viewing some movies. Ronnie has been known to stand and salute during the playing of “Sweet Home Alabama” at sporting events.

Carlton Wynne, Assistant Pastor
Carlton, a native Houstonian, joined the pastoral staff at PPC after spending three years in Charlotte, NC, where he earned his Master of Divinity from Reformed Theological Seminary. Years earlier, Carlton served under David Rea with RUF at SMU and is grateful to be back in Dallas again with old and new faces. Carlton’s wife, Linley, has spent her energy teaching middle and high school, coaching soccer, and enjoying marriage. These days she can usually be found caring for their joyful sons, Robert (2) and Connor (0). Alongside his work at PPC, Carlton enjoys reading about theology, playing basketball or tennis, and watching Robert and Connor laugh hysterically.

Alyson Averitt, Women’s Ministry Coordinator
Prior to coming to work for PPC in 2006, Alyson and her husband Graham were in Charlotte, NC, where Alyson earned her Masters in Theological Studies at Reformed Theological Seminary. Alyson and her husband Graham are both native Dallasites, and have two little ones, Charlie and Annie. Graham is an engineer at DRS Infrared Technologies, and enjoys spending time reading, working on his handyman skills, and training Charlie to be the next featherweight champion of the world (ask him about his video). Alyson enjoys spending time reading, chasing Charlie, rocking Annie and drinking lots of coffee…preferably something fancy with the word “mocha” in it.

Melissa Rowling, Church Administrator
Melissa grew up here in Dallas, TX and attended Southern Methodist University where she met her husband, Robert. They moved to Austin and were married shortly after graduating. While in Austin, Melissa worked at an advertising agency, and Robert was on staff for RUF at UT. They are now excited to be back in Dallas and for Melissa to be a part of the PPC staff. When not working, Melissa & Robert enjoy spending their time with friends, playing golf, cooking, or with their big, lovable chocolate lab, Teco.
